GIFA Directors’ Forum: What are the implications of the reemergence of inflation?
30/05/2022 @ 8:00 am - 15/06/2022 @ 8:30 am
GIFA would like to extend an invitation to all Non-Executive and Executive Directors to an interactive discussion with Neil Parker, Market Strategist at NatWest Markets in London.
The forum will take place on Wednesday 15 June 2022 at the offices of PwC and will commence at 08:30 and is expected to finish no later than 9:45am.
Neil will offer his analysis of the current trends influencing the macroeconomic outlook and financial market performance. In particular, he will discuss what the resurgence in inflation means for the global economy, living standards, borrowing costs and FX markets.
He will attempt to address questions such as:
- Are central banks at risk of choking off the recovery?
- Will interest rates bring inflation back under control?
- Will the dollar continue its rally?
- What are the risks from the geopolitical breakdown?
There will also be the opportunity to ask Neil any questions you might have regarding macroeconomic or market trends
