GIFA Academy Event – “Don’t Let Your Money Mothball”
08/04/2022 @ 8:00 am - 25/04/2022 @ 12:30 pm
A risk that is facing investors, and currently making headlines, is inflation. Whether you are building a retirement pot, saving for your first home or putting money aside for future school or University fees, as an investor today, you need to ensure that your capital is not being eroded by inflation, and this is achieved by investing it. At the very least, you need your money to maintain its value, so that in 5, 10 or 15 years’ time, you can still buy the same basket of goods as your cash will get you today.
At this Academy Event I am delighted to welcome Georgie Fletcher and Holly Warburton from Ravenscroft whose details can be found below. Georgie and Holly, through their presentation, discuss the different investment options available on island to suit an individual’s preferences and needs, and the most important point of all, how investing is accessible to absolutely everyone and the investment management skills that can be found in Guernsey to support our industry and Guernsey.
The event will be held at Les Cotils on Monday 25 April commencing at 1230. Light refreshments will be provided. If you wish to attend, please register here.
