GIFA Academy Event – ESG and Guernsey Funds: Practice Update

This event is topical, will interest Members at all levels and is being presented by Tim Clipstone and Gabrielle Payne whose bios are shown below.

Topics to be covered include:

• The Green Fund and observations on its use to date;
• The EU taxonomy and SFDR regulations and their impact on Guernsey funds marketed in the EU;
• Guernsey’s amendment to the Code of Corporate Governance and implications for licensees and funds; and
• ESG in practice.

The event is being held at Les Cotils on Thursday 26 May. The presentation will commence at 1230 and the venue will be open between 1200 and 1400 for you to network. Light refreshments and beverages will be provided.
