GIFA Academy Event – The impact of the revised CAD rules on maintaining & calculating PI insurance

We are pleased to welcome Jonathan Bates of Thorndon and Richard Sharp of Ogier to present at our upcoming GIFA Academy Event, taking place on Wednesday 15th November at 12.30pm.

The impact of the revised Capital Adequacy Rules on maintaining and calculating professional indemnity insurance – board responses and developing practices.

This event offers members the opportunity to learn about the legal and risk management aspects of the revised regime, as directors and compliance officers consider their changed responsibilities for determining fitness for purpose of professional indemnity policies and the calculation for financial reporting requirements.

Jonathan and Richard will share their knowledge and experience of licensees addressing the issues.
