GIFA Academy Event – The Profile of Proliferation Financing

We are pleased to welcome Mark le Page, Director and Leader of Regulatory Consulting at Kroll and GIFA Deputy Chair to present for members.

During this talk, Mark will explore how to defend against a working definition of proliferation financing.  Mark will discuss:

• How the international authorities’ understanding of proliferation financing and its methods are continuing to develop and evolve;
• An outline of this evolution and how best to defend against it.
