The current climate of increased investor activism and fund litigation makes it essential to have the right level, and type, of D&O cover.
At this second round-table dinner, attendees will hear from two highly experienced professionals in the insurance sector – Grant Mitchenall (Polygon) and Nigel Brand (Spring Insure) alongside Tim Corfield (Carey Olsen) who has represented a number of NEDs involved in fund litigation cases.
This event is a ‘Chatham house’ dinner which aims to provide attendees a unique insight into some real-life ‘war stories’ and information to aid with how to be sufficiently protected through the appropriate level of cover.
Spaces are strictly limited to 20 attendees to allow for an inclusive, open discussion and will be allocated on a first come, first served basis. We encourage all GIFA members to contact us as soon as possible to secure a space at this unique event.
