NED Breakfast Event: Sustainability and Impact Commitments within Fund Governance

September 25 @ 8:00 am - 9:00 am

The GIFA NED subcommittee is pleased to welcome Sally Rochester, Director at Mourant Consulting and Justin Sykes, Founder and Managing Director of Innovest Advisory to present at this upcoming breakfast event, taking place on Wednesday 25th September in the Upper Globe area of Mourant.

This breakfast session will take the form of a discussion focussed on the topic of embedding sustainability and impact action into fund governance.

Justin and Sally will discuss what practical steps should be taken throughout a typical fund lifecycle including positioning the fund to the market,  pipeline construction, investment execution, measurement and reporting for life of the fund and exit/evaluation.

They will also touch on the ever challenging topics of data, disclosure, leadership and whether existing investment approaches and disclosures go far enough.

The event is being held in the Upper Globe area of Mourant – please enter via the entrance on Royal Avenue (not the main entrance), see map for location.

Registration will be open from 7.40am. We would politely request you arrive in good time for the presentation, which will start promptly at 8.00am. Complimentary pastries, fruit and light refreshments will be provided.

Please email [email protected] with any queries.
