Principally from an operational background, Richard has also worked closely with clients with the structuring of their products, and following on through to the successful set up and running of the fund. He has an in depth knowledge of all aspects of fund administration across a wide variety of fund types and strategies.
Richard sits on the Boards of a variety of funds, investment management companies and fund administration companies.
Richard is a Member of the Chartered Management Institute and the Institute of Directors. He is also a member of administration and technical sub-committees of GIFA. As part of the GIFA technical committee, Richard worked with the team that produced Guernsey’s AIFM rules and regulations.
